Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rifle Paper Co. products, so if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery. Please note that personalized items, final sale products, and wallpaper are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided; a return shipping fee will be deducted from your final refund.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the packing slip inside the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
